full-time Staff Accountant | Denver Metro Area We're a small, well-capitalized manufacturer near Denver, part of a larger platform of companies, looking for a Staff Accountant who wants more than a seat on a big team. This is a full-cycle accounting role with direct, daily exposure to finance leadership and real ownership from day one. What you'll do: Handle full-cycle general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and support month-end close. You'll work closely with a hands-on Manager who is building this role as a development seat, with room to grow into greater responsibility as you prove yourself. What we're looking for: A motivated, detail-oriented accounting professional, new accounting grads (with internship experience) and Big 4/regional public accounting backgrounds are both a great fit. What matters most is drive, curiosity, and the business acumen to understand how accounting connects to the rest of the operation, not just years on a resume.

Compensation and benefits:
