In this pivotal role, you will lead engagements from start to finish. Duties Lead day-to-day fieldwork Review Staff workpapers Coordinate audit timelines and client requests Perform more complex audit areas Communicate regularly with client accounting personnel Ensure audit documentation meets standards Draft financial statements and disclosures Execute risk assessment procedures Assist with planning Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA certification is a plus, but not mandatory Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting environments with a focus on general ledger accounting and technical accounting practices. Deep understanding of GAAP standards along with experience in non-profit is advantageous. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial concepts and perform detailed account reconciliation and journal entries.
