This is an immediate Temp to Perm opportunity. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting month-end close, and ensuring compliance across company operations.

Key Responsibilities General Ledger & Month-End Close:

Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and reclasses; reconcile GL accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules, and account variance analysis to present clear explanations to management. Assist with overall financial statements and management reporting.

Compliance & Audits:

Support internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation and answering inquiries while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Asset Management:

Assist with fixed asset accounting, including capitalization policies and depreciation schedules. Support special projects and perform other accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5 years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred). Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel salary: $38 - $40 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
