We're seeking a Grant Accountant to partner closely with the CFO and finance team in a high-impact role supporting grant accounting, strengthening compliance, and driving meaningful process improvements within a growing, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage accounting for multiple grants, including revenue, expenses, and fund tracking + Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end close processes + Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, and 2 CFR Part 200 + Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits + Prepare reports, invoices, and reimbursement requests + Track budgets, analyze variances, and forecast spend + Partner with program leaders on financial performance and reporting needs + Support grant budgets, modifications, and closeouts + Strengthen processes, controls, and overall financial procedures Requirements Required Qualifications /

Experience:
