The Opportunity They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of client engagements, build meaningful relationships-- all while maintaining a manageable workload and flexible schedule. What You'll Do + Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable standards + Handle individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns + Lead and support review and compilation engagements + Handle client accounting work including, but not limited to payables, receivables, bank and account reconciliations and journal entries. + Work directly with clients to provide insights and solve problems + Contribute to improving firm processes and client experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-eligible preferred but not required!) 3-6+ years of public accounting experience Strong understanding of tax principles Strong GAAP accounting knowledge Ability to manage multiple engagements with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team-oriented mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
