An Accountant organizes and maintains financial records and prepares financial statements for companies and organizations. Works as a public accountant (prepares financial documents where public disclosure is required by law, such as business balance sheets and tax returns), management accountant (prepares financial information for internal use by a company) or government accountant (maintains records for government agencies).
Join a fast-growing, acquisition-focused organization seeking a Senior Accountant - Consolidations to support global consolidations, intercompany accounting, and month-end close activities across a complex multi-entity environment. Responsibilities Prepare consolidated financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Equity reporting. Manage intercompany accounting activities, including eliminations, reconciliations, allocations, and invoicing. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Work closely with finance teams across domestic and international entities to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist with audit support, lender reporting, and private equity reporting requirements. Contribute to acquisition integration activities and evolving consolidation processes. Participate in special projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to consolidations and intercompany accounting. Experience working in a multi-entity environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and connect the dots. Experience preparing consolidated financial statements. Pay Details:
