KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 01

| Reconciliations, end-to-end: You have the authority and the expectation to catch discrepancies, investigate them, and resolve them, not hand them off. 02 | Accounts receivable: billing, cash receipts, and follow-through: Clean AR is a discipline. You'll own the full cycle with the judgment to keep it moving. 03 | Monthly journal entries and financial reporting: Your entries feed reports that reach leadership. Accuracy here is upstream of good decisions. 04 | Month-end and year-end close: Partner through the close with precision and shared accountability. The team coordinates well and expects the same from you. 05 | Ad hoc projects and process improvement: If you see a better way, say so. You'll find people here who want to hear it.

WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT

You have 2-5 years of solid accounting experience, a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and a fluency with US GAAP that goes beyond compliance. SAP doesn't slow you down. Excel is a tool you actually enjoy using, and pivot tables and formulas are your friends. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to meet a deadline, but you understand that great accounting is fundamentally a team sport. You communicate clearly, take ownership seriously, and bring an analytical mind that notices things others miss.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or
• SAP experience required
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting
• Self-directed with strong communication and collaboration instincts
