This position is fully in-office. Support the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with

U.S. GAAP.

Coordinate annual audits by preparing financial statements, audit schedules, and supporting documentation for external auditors. Maintain fixed asset records, calculate depreciation, and oversee related accounting and reporting requirements. Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and reporting efficiency. Leverage SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas, to support financial analysis and reporting. Demonstrate strong analytical, reconciliation, and organizational skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
