full-time We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily cash management including maintaining fraud protection modules. Prepare monthly account reconciliations. Assist with month-end close and journal entry preparation. Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules. Prepare financial analyses and variance reports as needed. Assist with maintaining and renewing business licenses. Perform additional accounting-related tasks as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of accounting experience. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger functions. Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and spreadsheets. Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
