Job Description:

Position Summary :

Performs reconciliations, analyses and prepares journal entries all operating companies. Assists with month-end close and with year-end paperwork preparation. Handles accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and other special projects assigned.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Enter cash receipts. Accounting for some LLC's in Sage Invoicing for miscellaneous items such as validations, State of Delaware, etc. to related entities Work sheet preparation for audits Parking ticket auditing oversight Bank reconciliations for LLC's Tracking and maintaining schedules for real estate taxes and business license renewals Maintenance department hours tracking Monthly review of credit card fees for accuracy Documenting accounting procedures Cross training on month-end close.
