Manage project setup, maintenance, billing configurations, and WBS structures within Deltek Costpoint Analyze project costs, funding levels, billing variances, and unbilled receivables to ensure financial accuracy Review contract modifications and maintain funding ceilings, periods of performance, and project structures Prepare and submit government invoices through WAWF/PIEE and resolve billing or funding discrepancies Support DCAA Incurred Cost Submissions, indirect rate analysis, and project financial reporting Qualifications for the
Senior Cost Analyst:
5+ years of government contracting experience in project accounting, cost analysis, project billing, or contract administration Hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience , particularly within Project Setup and Billing modules Experience supporting CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts, including
WAWF/PIEE
invoicing Strong Excel skills and knowledge of
FAR, DFARS, DCAA
