Senior Cost Analyst:
Manage project setup, maintenance, billing structures, and WBS configurations within Deltek Costpoint. Analyze project costs, contract funding, billing activity, and unbilled receivables to support accurate financial reporting. Prepare and review invoices for CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts, including submissions through
WAWF/PIEE.
Review contract modifications and update funding ceilings, periods of performance, and project structures. Investigate and resolve billing, cost, and funding discrepancies while maintaining accurate project records. Qualifications for the
Senior Cost Analyst:
5+ years of project accounting, cost analysis, project billing, or contract administration experience within government contracting. Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint , particularly Project and Billing modules. Experience supporting CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts, including government invoicing through
WAWF/PIEE.
Knowledge of
FAR, DFARS, DCAA
