Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant Support the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes Analyze financial results and investigate variances Support internal and external financial reporting requirements Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information Assist with audit support, documentation, and compliance requirements Support accounting and reporting activities related to healthcare operations or federally funded programs, as applicable Qualifications for the Senior Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 2–5 years of accounting experience Experience with Uniform Guidance single audits or healthcare accounting required Public accounting experience strongly preferred Experience with financial reporting, consolidations, or general ledger accounting Exposure to investment, fund, or grant accounting is a plus Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement flow Proficiency in Excel with the ability to work effectively with large data sets This Senior Accountant opportunity is best suited for a technically strong accounting professional with Uniform Guidance single-audit or healthcare experience who is seeking enterprise-level reporting exposure within a stable, well-established organization. #LI-TH1 #
