Staff Accountant:

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including AP processing, bookkeeping, invoice coding, vendor management, and reconciliations. Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows and ensure timely, accurate processing. Maintain general ledger accuracy, help track fixed assets, and support monthly adjusting entries. Prepare and assist with bank reconciliations, month-end close tasks, and financial documentation. Provide support with billing, data entry, administrative accounting tasks, and other duties as assigned. Collaborate with the accounting team to refine processes and support operational efficiency. Grow into expanded responsibilities as you gain experience with the company's structure and systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time, work efficiently and meet deadlines. Must be well organized and detail-oriented. QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) Experience Required Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate ability to ask pertinent questions A high level of respect and discretion for confidential information. Positive attitude and team player. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in Excel and accompanying Microsoft Office Suite software. Accounting degree or relevant work experience. 2 to 3+ years of related experience (preferred)

Salary:

$60k-$75k PTO 401(k) Full Benefits (Health, Vision, & Dental)
