Staff Accountant:
Prepare and record journal entries to support the general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data Support financial reporting by applying GAAP principles, including revenue recognition standards Review and properly code credit card transactions for accurate and timely posting Process employee expense reports and reimbursements in line with company policies Maintain organized and accurate accounting records in compliance with internal controls Assist with audit preparation by compiling schedules and supporting documentation Analyze financial data to identify trends, improve efficiencies, and support cost management efforts Provide support to the Controller on special projects and ad hoc initiatives Preferred Qualifications for the

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) 2+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel #
