  • 6:00 PM We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our growing firm.
This is not a traditional tax preparation role. We are looking for a strategic tax professional who can identify opportunities, develop customized tax-saving strategies, and help clients legally minimize tax liabilities while maximizing financial efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with individuals, S-Corporations, partnerships, and other business entities, with a deep understanding of federal and state tax laws, entity structuring, and advanced tax planning techniques. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax strategies for business and individual clients.
  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Analyze client financial situations and identify opportunities for tax savings and wealth preservation.
  • Advise clients on entity selection, business structuring, and restructuring strategies designed to maximize tax efficiency.
  • Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations and proactively advise clients on their impact.
  • Represent clients before taxing authorities when necessary.
  • Review complex tax scenarios and provide practical, compliant solutions.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of public accounting and tax planning experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in tax strategy, tax law, entity structuring, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of taxation for individuals, S-Corporations, partnerships, and closely held businesses.
  • Ability to independently handle complex tax situations and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable meeting with clients, explaining complex tax concepts, and identifying opportunities to expand services.
  • Proficiency with tax and accounting software.
