Job Description

Staff Accountant Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This role supports general accounting functions, including month-end closing, general ledger reconciliations, inventory accounting, and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Pay:
: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Support inventory and cost accounting, including variance analysis. Prepare financial reports and assist with financial statement preparation. Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts. Partner with operations to analyze production costs and inventory movements. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Support internal and external audits. Identify opportunities for process improvements. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. 5-10 years of accounting experience. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Rootstock, Salesforce, or similar). Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Manufacturing, inventory accounting, and cost accounting experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Associate Requirements Bachelors Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $31.25 - $38.47 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
