Hialeah, FL We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company to find their next Staff Accountant. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in fast-paced, process-driven environments. As a key member of the finance team, you'll be responsible for financial accuracy, cost analysis, and process improvement - while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency. ????

Key Responsibilities:

?? Perform cost and variance analysis to support production and cost-saving efforts ?? Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and construction in progress (CIP) ?? Lead month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations ?? Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning ?? Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with internal and external audits ?? Collaborate with departments to improve financial processes and reporting ?

What We're Looking For:

?? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Associate's degree considered with experience) ?? Experience in manufacturing accounting required, OR inventory-based accounting experience ?? Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) ?? Experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) ?? Solid understanding of GAAP ??
