• Full-time We are currently looking for a seasoned Controller to join our fast paced team that is quickly expanding.

Project Accounting Responsibilities:

Collect invoices from subs & vendors, input into QB (review with Project Managers/ Superintendents) Posting expense and sales transactions in QB relative to projects

Cost-Coding:

categorizing expenses and costs of goods sold Compare project spending against project budget Complete project payment applications, submit to clients Create Payables Report

• review for approval to cut checks Cut checks and distribute
• Subcontractors, Vendors, Suppliers Collect and Maintain Lien Waivers
• Subcontractors & Suppliers Collect and Maintain W9 & Insurance
• Subcontractors Develop, implement and maintain financial goals and guidelines Provide comprehensive financial updates to management by evaluating, analyzing and reporting appropriate data points

General Tasks:

Review A/P and A/R Maintain:

Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Profit & Loss Cash forecasting Account reconciliations Balance Sheet reconciliations Client & Subcontractor communications Journal entries Posting bills Tax preparation Audit preparations Payroll processing

Company Insurance:

maintain, keep updated Set-up & maintain accounts & leases Mortgage/Rent Payments Utility Payments (Office, Workshop, rentals)

Vehicles:

payments, insurance, registration
