Southernmost Beach Resort in Key West seeks a Complex Staff Accountant to support multi-outlet resort operations. You'll manage daily and monthly accounting for rooms, food & beverage, and events; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports; and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits. Partner with department leaders to analyze revenue, expenses, and variances while maintaining strong internal controls and GAAP compliance.
