We're seeking a future team member for the role of Sr. Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Client Activation Team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Fl. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Ability to think strategically about market segments, geographies and client challenges and integrate insights into concrete aspects of the client relationship and onboarding. Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and forge good working relationships with business collaborators Solid understanding of daily accounting systems processing, workflow architecture, automation, and information delivery. Ability to translate product specifications, define testing and deployment strategy and understanding of workflow orchestration are essential requirements for the role. Knowledge of accounting processes and platform conversions is a plus. Proven experience with process modelling and simulations, scenario developments and model office implementation and user acceptance testing. Agile training/certification is highly desired but not required, some project management experience preferred. Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, IT or Engineering field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 10 plus years of experience in investment management and/or the financial services industry. Advanced/graduate degree is a plus 2 plus years leadership experience is required Excellent multi-tasking and team leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment. Experience using Eagle or Invest One or other Major accounting software products is required
