Salary:

- Company-provided phone reimbursement Work with an award-winning, growth-focused team Job Details We're seeking an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent to join our Greater Los Angeles construction team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily jobsite operations for assigned trades and project areas
- Coordinate subcontractor work across trades such as framing, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, masonry, earthwork, painting, and landscaping
- Maintain project schedule, prepare 2- and 4-week lookahead plans, and track progress
- Conduct inspections, prepare punch lists, and ensure quality completion before sign-off
- Enforce company safety policies and lead safety walks with inspectors
- Schedule and manage deliveries, dumpster hauling, and temporary facilities
- Facilitate city and third-party inspections, including ADA/FHA compliance reviews
- Assist in resolving subcontractor issues and maintaining accurate project documentation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred
- 5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of multifamily construction procedures, quality control, and scheduling practices
- Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in managing multiple trades, subcontractors, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Interested in hearing more?
