$55,000 – 65,000 Why This Staff Accountant Opportunity Stands Out Become part of a well-established organization known for its strong reputation and loyal customer base Join a financially stable company with diversified revenue streams and long-term growth prospects Step into a high-visibility role with direct collaboration across leadership and operational teams Make an immediate contribution by enhancing and streamlining accounting processes Experience a collaborative, team-driven culture supported by long-tenured employees Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant Handle full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes Oversee the general ledger while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Support accounts payable and receivable operations as needed Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis efforts Prepare audit schedules and assist with external audit requirements Identify opportunities to strengthen accounting processes and internal controls Collaborate with operational leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting across multiple business units Support special projects, financial analysis, and other key accounting initiatives Staff Accountant Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline At least one year of experience in a Staff Accountant or similar role Solid knowledge of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion in a member-focused setting Comfortable working within a unique hospitality and residential community environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage respectfully with residents, guests, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds Demonstrates sound judgment, maturity, and a strong commitment to confidentiality #
