Job Description
Employer Description Our client is a well-established Road Construction Contractor with projects in South Africa and Africa. Job Description You will be tasked with: Manage risk register to ensure the project is executed within the contract. Provide site team with understand of the make-up of resources/budgets of worksheets. Analysis of the major quantities and ensuring maintained production. Identify and ensuring the order book is constantly secured. Ensure tender Compliance. Risk analysis to ensure the project will be completed. Evaluation of cost of resources/budget to execute construction projects. Identify and quantify cost of resources utilization based on time production and other factors. Use and management of computer software, Candy (CCS) in the production of construction budgets. Evaluate products cost-effectiveness or profitability. Recommend ways to make product more cost effective or profitable. Work with sales/procurement teams to acquire quotes for the preparation of the budget cost. Effective management of team and implementation of systems.
