We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team at our Miami Gardens, FL location. Responsibilities Perform daily payment posting Reconcile credit card transactions Complete bank reconciliations across 9 bank accounts Manage fleet-related accounting tasks, including onboarding new vehicles and processing vehicle offloads/dispositions Maintain and update the general ledger; prepare journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with payroll processing Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records Qualifications Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field preferred Experience with Quickbooks Online preferred, but not required Experience with bank/credit card reconciliation strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
