Miami Lakes, FL Job Details Full-time $100,000 - $140,000 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Japanese Research Full Job Description Japanese healthcare product manufacturing company in Miami, FL seeks The Controller (Japanese Bilingual) ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. Executes necessary tasks relating to accounting issues. Shares all information and works together with related departments. You are responsible for assessing business expenses, preparing optimized budget plans, and conducting monthly and yearly closings. Duties include reviewing financial records, researching market rates for key business costs, and adjusting the ledger to accurately reflect balance sheets. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts. The Controller collaborates with other accountants and financial staff to provide support to executives and department heads who establish goals and budgets for the organization. Exempt position

Miami Lake, FL Hybrid $100K-140K base +Visa support Major Responsibilities Collecting and analyzing data about operational costs Setting standard costs of manufactured goods Developing and analyzing cost standards Carrying out cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis Establishing costs of business processes such as administration, labor, shipping, etc. Performing account reconciliations Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management Recommending changes to processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit Advising executives and management on appropriate costing based on financial data Managing the balance sheet and accounting books Supporting other accountants with invoicing and capital expenditures Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of activities such as raw materials, inventory, and labor Analyzing cost audits and preparing reports Closing monthly financial statements with senior management's review and approval Ensuring statements are produced timely and in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Reconciling all balance sheet accounts for review and approval Monitoring bank accounts, sales, inventory, and manufacturing reports daily Verifying all negotiables, ACH, and wire transfers prepared by AP with supporting documentation Analyzing financial statements in detail Analyzing all expenses and expenditures Occasionally visiting the manufacturing facility Supporting cycle count implementation in the production area Analyzing CapEx profitability for investments with management's review and approval Working on and analyzing company projects and budgets Supporting financial audits Qualifications, Skills & Experience Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, accounting, and inventory software Advanced Excel skills Strong attention to detail and analytical aptitude Excellent communication skills with ability to report and share key topics Self-motivated, flexible team player able to work under pressure Highly organized Capable of presenting reports using PowerPoint or similar tools Able to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Other Duties Preparation of additional materials as needed, such as forecasting and financial reports for related stakeholders To apply, please send resume to
