Staff Associate (Accounting)

Job DescriptionJob Description As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' accounting needs and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. This position requires strong technical skills, the ability to work under the supervision of an audit senior and/or manager, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Responsibilities:

Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial and compliance audit regulations Assist clients with accounting issues and provide strategic advice Be supervised by a senior and/or manger Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to understand their needs Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in regulations Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field CPA certification required 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Effective communication and interpersonal skills •This role is primarily completed remotely but does require occasional, onsite fieldwork for the clients we support.
