Perform tax forecasting for quarterly estimates and oversee annual tax filings. Synthesize complex data to construct monthly and quarterly financial statements strictly adhering to GAAP. Analyze balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements to evaluate and report fiscal health to the executive team. Analyze revenue and cost allocation models for digital products. Apply ASC 606 standards to subscription and app sales, calculating deferred revenues to ensure structural compliance. Design and evaluate internal accounting controls and policy frameworks to mitigate systemic financial risks and ensure the overarching integrity and security of reporting systems. Perform advanced variance and general ledger analyses to identify systemic financial trends. Utilize predictive modeling and advanced analytics to investigate and resolve complex reporting anomalies. Serve as the primary liaison for external financial and tax audits. Prepare audit schedules, regulatory defense documentation, and conduct internal reviews to ensure efficient audit processes. Advise executives on tax planning, deductions, and credits specific to the tech and education sectors. Provide data-driven strategies to optimize the corporate tax position and support investment decisions.
