What You'll Do:

Own the full commission lifecycle from contract to disbursement Process high-volume commissions tied to residential real estate closings Review and interpret Closing Disclosures (CDs) and ALTA statements Calculate and validate complex commission structures (splits, caps, referrals, team agreements) Reconcile payouts and ensure accuracy within accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar) Serve as liaison between agents, title companies, and internal teams Maintain audit-ready records and ensure timely, accurate payments Support reporting, transaction tracking, and workflow improvements

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience processing commissions in a real estate brokerage or title company Proven ability to handle high-volume agent commissions (residential preferred) Strong accounting background (degree preferred, not required) Experience with QuickBooks Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Local to
