Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties Analyze retail leases, abstract lease terms, and maintain accurate lease information within accounting systems Complete CAM, real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations while calculating tenant billings Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting Monitor tenant accounts, rent rolls, collections, and account reconciliations Support internal controls, audits, and financial compliance initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 1-5+ years of commercial real estate or retail property accounting experience Working knowledge of CAM reconciliations and retail lease structures, including NNN and percentage rent Experience with Yardi, MRI, or RealPage, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills EB-1527811830
