Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, and able to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks is required Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn our internal Quantum system (training provided) Good communication and problem-solving skills Experience - up to 12 months
Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks Handle accounts payable and receivable Maintain accurate financial records Handle collections Process invoices and assist with reporting Communicate effectively with team members and vendors Support general office and accounting operations Preferred (Not Required): Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus

$22 to $25 based on experience Method to
