We are seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to join a growing organization and support its day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the numbers, working independently, and partnering with operational teams. The position is Direct Hire and 100% onsite (Myrtle Beach, SC area or Orlando, FL - with travel to SC every other month if based out of FL). Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations Support month-end close, including general ledger activity Review and process accounts receivable transactions Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Prepare recurring financial and operational reports Research discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely financial information Qualifications Strong general accounting and financial reporting experience Solid understanding of reconciliations, GL accounting, and month-end close Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Vantaca accounting software required Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with property management or association accounting software is a plus Salary Range $60-65K If you meet all of the qualifications above for the Staff Accountant opportunity, apply today!
