Job Description

ON-SITE, NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPTIONS
- Orlando, FL Our client is a fast-growing IT Services company in Central Florida.
Salary:
$70k-80k base salary + bonus + full comprehensive benefits
Job Summary:
The Accountant will take charge of financial reporting, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills who can effectively collaborate with a growing team and communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. Manage the general ledger and oversee timely transaction postings. Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management. Support external audits and tax preparations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing, with a strong focus on financial reporting and analysis. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
