Reports To:
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) About S2K Partners Co. LLC S2K Partners is a multi-faceted financial services firm and investment platform. We operate as a registered broker-dealer while simultaneously managing significant real estate investment funds, including our current large-scale development of a 350-unit multifamily site in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Orlando headquarters and grow alongside our expanding portfolio. The Role As a Senior Accountant, you will sit at the intersection of capital markets and real estate development. You will be responsible for the full-cycle accounting of our broker-dealer operations and our real estate investment vehicles. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO, offering a clear path for professional advancement as the firm scales.
Key Responsibilities Broker-Dealer Operations:
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting cycles; calculate and facilitate timely broker-dealer commission payments.
Real Estate Fund Accounting:
Oversee the books for our Charlotte multifamily development, including draw requests, vendor payments, and cost tracking.
Compliance & Regulatory Reporting:
Assist in ensuring all financial activities meet FINRA and SEC requirements; prepare necessary regulatory filings and documentation.
Audit Leadership:
Lead the preparation for and execution of annual external audits; serve as the primary point of contact for auditors to ensure a seamless review process.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline internal controls and accounting workflows.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Experience:
2-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in GAAP; experience with financial services, broker-dealers, or real estate accounting is highly preferred.
Certifications:
CPA license is preferred but not required.

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
