Senior Accountant Compensation:
$75,000 – $90,000

Orlando, FL About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, multi-state organization experiencing continued expansion and operational transformation. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role within a lean, collaborative team, helping strengthen financial processes while supporting a business that is actively scaling. Why This Role Stands Out Join a company actively growing through acquisitions and expansion initiatives High-impact role within a collaborative and agile accounting team Direct exposure to accounting leadership and executive management, including the CFO Opportunity to improve processes and influence system enhancements Dynamic environment where you can make a tangible impact Team-oriented, supportive culture with a strong sense of collaboration Core Responsibilities Own balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and integrity across accounts Support full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and month-end close Manage key areas such as prepaids, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and general ledger activity Partner with AP, AR, and payroll teams to ensure complete and accurate financial reporting Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased automation Assist with ERP system utilization and ongoing optimization efforts Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as the organization continues to grow Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 3+ years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in GAAP Experience managing balance sheet reconciliations and participating in month-end close Well-rounded accounting background across multiple functional areas Experience in a service-based or project-driven environment is a plus Familiarity with ERP systems (Vista or similar preferred) Strong analytical skills with a process improvement mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Work Environment Collaborative, team-first culture with strong leadership support Growing organization with evolving systems and processes High visibility with opportunities to contribute ideas and drive initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile This role is well-suited for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and building better processes.
