Senior Accounting Manager (Timeshare & HOA Accounting)
Salary:

Senior Accounting Manager:
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for timeshare and HOA accounting
- Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger activity
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned business units
- Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
- Mentor, coach, and develop accounting staff to build a high-performing team Qualifications for the
Senior Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong experience in timeshare and HOA accounting (required)
- Proven leadership or management experience
