About the Role This is a high-impact accounting role supporting 20-25 active construction projects alongside an experienced Controller and collaborative accounting team. Responsibilities General ledger management and reconciliations Job costing and WIP schedule management Month-end close and financial reporting Bank reconciliations AIA billing support Helping improve processes and keep financials organized and up to date Qualifications 3-5+ years of accounting experience Construction accounting experience required Required Skills Job costing Project Accounting WIP schedules General ledger Month-end close Financial reporting Deltek or similar ERP experience preferred Strong organizational and Excel skills Pay range and compensation package

Compensation:
