$60,000 - $75,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out for an Accountant Join a growing hospitality company where you'll gain direct visibility into key revenue and cost drivers This Accountant role goes beyond transactional work, offering involvement in financial reporting and operational insights Opportunity to expand your skill set across both AP and AR functions Collaborative, in-office environment with leadership that values accuracy, efficiency, and team support Stable organization with consistent business volume and strong growth potential Key Responsibilities for an Accountant Manage full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments Support accounts receivable functions, including tracking and recording booking-related revenue Prepare monthly P&L reports, analyzing revenue streams and cost structures Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks Desktop and other systems Partner with operations to ensure proper revenue recognition and expense tracking Support ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed Qualifications for an Accountant 2+ years of accounting experience Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop required Exposure to additional accounting or ERP systems is a plus Hands-on experience with both AP and AR functions Ability to prepare and analyze P&L statements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fully in-office environment #
