This position sits within the central finance function and partners closely with divisional teams to deliver accurate, timely reporting in a fast-moving, publicly traded environment. You'll play a key role in close cycles, SEC reporting, and driving process improvements across the organization. What You'll Do Own key aspects of the monthly and quarterly close, including preparation and review of financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements Prepare and analyze complex journal entries across consolidations, accruals, revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), foreign currency, and royalties Perform account reconciliations and roll-forwards, ensuring integrity and completeness of financial data Deliver detailed variance analysis and insights to senior leadership; support forecasting, budgeting, and projection activities Partner on quarterly and annual filings (10-Q/10-K), including footnotes, MD&A, and disclosure tie-outs Support external audits and regulatory reporting while maintaining SOX compliance and documentation What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus) 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time at the senior level; background in large or publicly traded environments preferred Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and hands-on experience with close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems; experience with consolidation tools (e.g., OneStream) and multi-currency environments is a plus Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and operate independently in a dynamic setting Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to influence across teams Why This Role Direct exposure to enterprise-level financial reporting and executive stakeholders Opportunity to contribute to a globally scaled operation with ongoing growth initiatives Collaborative, team-driven environment with strong emphasis on development and advancement Benefit from a comprehensive compensation package, including excellent benefits and strong overall employee support Compensation Base salary up to $110K Work Arrangement Full-time, direct hire, onsite If you're someone who thrives in a high-visibility accounting role and enjoys owning both the details and the bigger financial picture, this is a strong next step.
