Role Description We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Accountant to lead our corporate accounting operations from our Tampa office. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be central to our financial accuracy, inventory oversight, claims processing, and pricing strategy. You'll work closely with regional colleagues and international supply partners, so clear, confident communication is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead core accounting functions and manage month-end close processes Analyze product pricing and develop margin-aligned structures within A&P budget guidelines Administer and track Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budgets Oversee inventory management and accounts payable/receivable operations Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Identify and implement improvements to accounting procedures and workflows Provide general bookkeeping and accounting support as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and SAGE Accounting Software Highly analytical, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluency in Spanish and/or French is a strong asset What We Offer A well-established, privately-held company with a strong growth trajectory A professional culture that encourages innovation and dynamic career development Medical coverage with generous company contributions and HSA Vision, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match
