Job Description
I'm currently partnered with a large, global manufacturer on a new Senior Accountant hire for their Corporate Finance team. This is a high-visibility role supporting global consolidation efforts and interacting across multiple business units. What You'll Do As part of the corporate accounting function, you will play a key role in financial reporting and consolidation activities, including: Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations across multiple entities Analyze financial results and provide insightful variance analysis to leadership Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including periodic projections Contribute to external reporting requirements, including preparation of disclosures and support for SEC filings (10-Q / 10-K) Partner with auditors and maintain SOX compliance documentation for close processes Drive improvements in processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a corporate or public company environment Experience in manufacturing or a multi-entity/global organization is a plus Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments Systems-savvy, with exposure to ERP and financial reporting tools (OneStream or similar is a plus) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join a globally recognized organization with a strong market presence Gain exposure to corporate-level reporting and executive leadership Opportunity to grow within a stable and evolving industry focused on sustainability and innovation Be part of a team that values continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional development The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
