Construction Administrator

Architects Design Group, Inc., an Architectural Design and Planning Firm seeks a construction clerk/administrator. The primary responsibilities will be to gather, review and file construction project data, conduct site visits, and oversee our local projects under construction. Established in 1971, ADG is an award winning, design oriented firm selected by the Florida AIA as the 2002-2003 Firm of the Year. Requirements:

o Minimum four (4) years experience in a similar role with an architect or compatible professional o Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Part 3, and ProCore or other construction management software. o Excellent communication and collaborative skills o Strong organizational abilities o Self-motivated o Reliable personal vehicle for site visits This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in with a national firm recognized for design excellence.
