full-time Senior Corporate Accountant We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and accounting process improvements within a multi-entity organization. Key Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and financial statement preparation. Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement accounts. Perform detailed reconciliations for payroll, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, leases, intangible assets, and other key accounts. Analyze financial results, variances, and trends and provide insights to leadership. Ensure financial reporting is accurate and compliant with GAAP. Support external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and account information. Assist with tax, licensing, and other regulatory reporting requirements. Identify and resolve ERP-related accounting and transactional issues. Improve and standardize accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls. Support the integration of acquired entities and transition of financial information into accounting systems. Assist with due diligence, system implementations, process improvements, and other special projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong experience with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement review. Strong understanding of GAAP. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with an ERP/accounting system; Sage Intacct is a plus. Experience with process improvement, automation, or ERP optimization preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
