Qualifications Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with familiarity in corporate accounting principles and governmental accounting standards. Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar systems; experience with Workday or UltiPro is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in technical accounting concepts including GAAP compliance, journal entries, debits & credits, and balance sheet reconciliation. Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—for data analysis, spreadsheets creation, and report generation. Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing high volumes of transactions efficiently. Excellent numeracy skills coupled with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking for account analysis and account reconciliation tasks.
