Staff Accountant:
Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements for assigned properties- Record journal entries and support general ledger activity
- Perform monthly account reconciliations
- Review financial results and investigate variances
- Support audits and respond to financial inquiries
- Assist with general accounting and ad-hoc projects Qualifications for the
Staff Accountant:
3+ years of accounting experience- Background in property or real estate accounting
- Experience with accounting or property management systems
- Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
