Job Description Staff Accountant Who:
A detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant with strong proficiency in NetSuite software.
What:
Manage general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Position Overview:
The Staff Accountant will support the finance department by performing a variety of accounting tasks essential for month-end closings, account reconciliations, and financial accuracy. This role requires extensive experience with NetSuite to manage financial data effectively and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries accurately within NetSuite Perform monthly reconciliations for bank and balance sheet accounts Support the month-end and year-end close processes Prepare financial reports and maintain compliance with GAAP Conduct variance analysis and assist with budget monitoring Provide support for audits by organizing documentation and data Maintain organized financial records and support internal controls
Qualifications:
