Senior CPA / Controller

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior CPA to oversee and manage the financial operations of three affiliated companies. This position will play a key leadership role in financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and overall fiscal management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive accounting expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a multi-company environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting and financial operations for three related companies Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial reporting Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and internal controls Provide financial insight and strategic recommendations to ownership Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions as needed Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required 15-20 years of progressive accounting experience Strong background in financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls Experience overseeing accounting operations for multiple entities preferred Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills High level of integrity and attention to detail Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Stable, established companies with long-term growth Opportunity to play a key role in financial leadership and decision-making If you are a seasoned CPA looking for an opportunity to lead the financial management of multiple businesses and work closely with company leadership, we encourage you to apply.

$130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
