We are looking for a motivated Bookkeeper/ Accountant to complete the financial tasks at our Duluth, GA 30096 office. Entry level accountant's salary starts at $45,000/ year. We negotiate the salary solely based on CPA firm public accounting experience. Job Overview The bookkeeper is responsible for payroll processing as well as account reconciliations, accounting reports, and sales taxes. Sales Tax Processing Maintain Bookkeeping Journals Produce and Deliver Monthly Financial Reports General Journal Entries Payroll Processing/Payroll Taxes Monthly Reconciliation of all bank accounts Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements Minimum Educational Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent Microsoft Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required Internet, email and general computer use skills required Accounting software experience a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Must be well organized Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently and meet all deadlines Positive attitude a must!
