Position Summary:
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and preparing financial reports. Candidates must have hands-on experience using QuickBooks and possess strong organizational and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Record daily financial transactions using QuickBooks . Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist with payroll processing and tax-related documentation. Prepare invoices, monitor collections, and reconcile customer accounts. Maintain accounting records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Assist with audits and provide financial documentation as needed. Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Required:
Proficiency with QuickBooks . Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to work on-site at our Lawrenceville, GA office. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with payroll processing. Experience preparing financial reports and budgets. CPA certification or equivalent is a plus.
