$60k-$65k The Staff Accountant will be responsible for accounting work needed to make sure accounts payable are processed in an efficient and timely manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile, analyze and report financial information utilizing Majors policies, professional standards, and US GAAP Monitor Accounts Receivable accounts including credit card transactions Preform analysis and conduct reconciliations for fuel inventory accounts Process Electronic Funds Transfers from daily invoices Examine inside sales data for missing transactions and answer customer submitted help tickets Complete month end closing tasks as well as year-end closing Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Skilled in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, LOOKUPs) and other Microsoft office programs Attention to detail is critical Must have analytical abilities Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations Strong interpersonal skills required EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ or more years of experience in a related field required
